If you ask Melburnians what personality trait they think is most important to maintaining a relationship, they will often say ‘a sense of humour’. You can see why the Comedy Festival is at home here. It caters for all types of humour with a variety of comedians in a range of venues. You may need to queue, but there are usually entertaining distractions while you queue. There are heaps of great comedians listed. It is worthwhile booking your tickets early as popular shows sell out.
